OUR ADVICE :)
Despite the cold of winter or the mildness of spring, during this adventure where we are going to go from very cold to very hot and from very hot to very cold fairly quickly, it is important to be able to modulate the temperature.
from very cold to very hot and from very hot to very cold quite quickly, it's important to be able to modulate your layers.
layers. The weather can also change (for the better or worse) just as quickly, so don't take the above list lightly.
so don't take the above list lightly, you could suffer unpleasant or even dangerous consequences.
Clothes that are too warm will make you sweat, and if this moisture isn't evacuated as much as possible, you won't be able to keep warm.
you won't be able to keep warm even with a huge down jacket.
The 3-layer system works very well, and we recommend it. Personally, we often
often have a 4th layer just in case (sleeveless down jacket, for example).
