Programme

For this activity, we took advantage of the ski pass ("rando" single ascent) to access the summit, which allowed us to make a first run in a valley outside the ski area and without having to put on skins . Then we'll go back up this time with skins on for a second run....
Less effort and more fun - around 600m of ascent for 1500m of descent!

Our base camp, ideally situated above Embrun at the "La Grande Ferme" gîte, will give us the chance to explore the great routes of Crévoux, Les Orres and even Réallon, all of which have a few nuggets to offer in terms of Freerando!

This tour is for people with previous off-piste skiing/hiking experience only.

OUR ADVICE :)
Despite the cold of winter or the mildness of spring, during this adventure where we are going to go from very cold to very hot and from very hot to very cold fairly quickly, it is important to be able to modulate the temperature.

layers. The weather can also change (for the better or worse) just as quickly, so don't take the above list lightly.
so don't take the above list lightly, you could suffer unpleasant or even dangerous consequences.
Clothes that are too warm will make you sweat, and if this moisture isn't evacuated as much as possible, you won't be able to keep warm.
you won't be able to keep warm even with a huge down jacket.
The 3-layer system works very well, and we recommend it. Personally, we often
often have a 4th layer just in case (sleeveless down jacket, for example).
INSURANCE ?
All participants in a SKI & MONTAGNE EXPÉRIENCES holiday must be covered by an individual civil liability
liability insurance.
Similarly, it is imperative that you are covered (rescue and repatriation costs) in the event of an incident or accident during your stay.
